The new BS-X Fan Translation patch.
EDIT: Link has been updated to v02. This should work on the no-intro ROM. Folks who had issues, re-download!

I haven’t combed through it all yet, but this should be a good bit more complete than the previous patch.

Darth Vitrial, since it seems other folks appear to have it working, I want you to clarify that;

1) You’re using the BS-X ROM from the no-intro set, and…

2) You’re using a bps-compatible patcher application (beat is reccomended).
