The Japanese cartoon hero's 2nd attempt.

At first look you could be forgiven for thinking this is an RPG game. But upon closer playing, what you realize is, that this is in fact a basic platformer with shallow RPG sections between each level to pad things out. Being based on a popular Japanese children's cartoon, this game is primarily aimed at youngsters.
With colorful, but not outstanding graphics, and lovable characters, it's simplistic gameplay will keep most children happy, but not really one for adults.
One interesting feature is that the game is compatible with the Barcode Battler through the SFC interface.
