{"id":491,"date":"2009-04-28T08:53:13","date_gmt":"2009-04-28T15:53:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bsx.superfamicom.org\/?p=491"},"modified":"2012-11-02T11:42:13","modified_gmt":"2012-11-02T18:42:13","slug":"sutte-hakkun-np-vs-bs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/superfamicom.org\/blog\/2009\/04\/sutte-hakkun-np-vs-bs\/","title":{"rendered":"Sutte Hakkun &#8211; NP vs. BS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When I tried to look up on &#8220;Sutte Hakkun&#8221;, I was guided to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sutte_Hakkun\">Wikipedia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For once, an article with a lot of useful info on a game.<br \/>\nBut, are all these differences that notable between versions?<br \/>\nSince I couldn&#8217;t find any of the games going around on sale, I once again took the cheap-way-out of emulating&#8230; but unlike most people who go straight to the NP Version, I started with the &#8220;BS Event Version&#8221;.<!--more--><br \/>\n<object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/ZpowGscor9k&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><\/object><\/p>\n<p>Pulled from my own Youtube account.<\/p>\n<p>Even in this little tidbit of footage, differences between the BS and NP versions are apparent.<\/p>\n<p>For those who have not seen the NP Version previously, I can shall youtube-link another video as an example.<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/XrRzYl3tP6Y&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><\/object><\/p>\n<p>Yay for paperSSBMmario for that upload.<\/p>\n<p>While this video footage isn&#8217;t enough to spot every difference between each version, at least a few are apparent. The &#8220;Story intro&#8221; text in the BS version is absent from the NP version, but the NP version also has some more polished graphics, including the &#8220;STAGE CLEAR&#8221; sign.<\/p>\n<p>Bizarrely enough, the 2nd and Holiday BS Versions are more similar to the first BS version than the NP Version in spite of having come out later on.
