I firmly believe its EXACTLY the same version than the one randnetdd showed in his SFC Mania blog.
Well, let me present the content of that version : it’s basically a Pre-Event Version. So, if you go to the “準備中” corner, the game will show you the following message :

That message says than this corner is currently in preparation and than you should play to the upcoming event mode when it’ll be available.
Also, in most of the Wario no Mori BS Versions, you can access to a sound test via clearing the game modes tutorial (basically the tutorial you can see in the third screenshot) but in this one, you can’t have access to the sound test.

Effectively, the early versions of original games (between April & May 1995) had some functionnalities/content temporarily unavailable. That’s also like that for 鮫亀大作戦Ｖ０２, the early build of UNDAKE30 Same Game Daisakusen (you can’t turn off BGM and the symbols number is limited to 80) and the early broadcasts of Tamori no Picross until Late May 1995 (you can’t access to the animated tutorial and the sample picrosses which was in fact the ones used as daily ones in the 4/23 version, postcard screen and turn off BGM before the title screen) and the early broadcasts of Yuki no Jigsaw Kids until Mid May 1995 (you can’t access to worldwide puzzles and the 1P vs 2P mode).

Anyway, let me announce a plot twist : we have to find probably more builds of Wario no Mori Bakushow Version.

Because I compared this dump with the Leftover data found in Lily Franky Theater – Manga Version (1995-5-11) (5-13) dumped by PrincessBeef and they doesn’t 100% match (there are even massive differences around 882D0 – CA4CFF data banks).

Well, after I’ve noticed that, I imagined a sort of theory about it :

I think there were a total of 4 builds of Wario no Mori Bakushow Version.
-ワリオの森 (Build 1) : the very first version that have been aired between April 23th and Early May 1995 which had some missing/limited functionnalities like missing Sound Settings and inaccessible Sound Test.
-ワリオの森 (Build 2) : a sort of V2 of the Build 1 aired between Early May and May 17th 1995 that adds Sound Settings + Sound Test access.
-ワリオの森5/18版 : the Event version aired between May 18th and Early July 1995 that replaces the “準備中” corner with a coin collect event mode.
-イベントワリオ5/18版２: a sort of V2 of the 5/18 Version (like the internal name indicates it) aired between Early July and July 16th 1995 that slightly re-arrange the monsters of the game modes tutorial and that replaces the “爆笑バージョン” title with “イベントバージョン　Ｖｅｒ．１” one.

Let me furnish the official description of ワリオの森5/18版 & イベントワリオ5/18版２:

ワリオの森5/18版 :

“ついに登場イベントモード搭載の「ワリオの森」! ☆くわしいことは番組で!☆”
” “Wario no Mori” with event mode is finally here! ☆See the program for details ! ☆

Source : BS-X Town Buildings (1995/05/20)

イベントワリオ5/18版２:

“もうランキングは見たか ? かべ新聞社のニュースをまずは受信してみよう。”

“Have you seen the ranking yet?
