Description

This is the Japanese version of Contra III - The Alien Wars. It is a different speed from the US version, which is 120ns (FastROM).

When used with Nintendo Power Memory carts, this game takes up 2 blocks for the game and none for the save file. The Nintendo Power cost is 1000 yen.

Any game coming from Konami is sure to be of top quality, but many feel that this title is the best of their lot!. This is a 2 player platform / above view (Mode 7) shooter and it does the job better than any other on the SFC. Even for an early title the graphics are incredible and the fast blasting action leaves you stunned with disbelief (I defy you not to be blown away with the helicopter scene on level 5!). Many times copied but NEVER equaled this is SFC gameplay at it's best, the 2 player mode being the icing on the cake!
